This is a talk for Swissnex’s Future of Money Study Tour– a private event for Swiss banking professionals.
In the 20th century, we built unique propositions for scale and long-term competitive advantage. In the 21st century, any offering with that focus is highly vulnerable to dynamic competitors who achieve greater understanding & intimacy with the various segments of your market, taking it away from you piece by piece.
In this talk, we’ll look at how successful ventures use today’s best practices to achieve superior, actionable understanding of their customers and evidence-based innovation to avoid waste and effectively use that understanding to improve their offer. We’ll draw on (deservedly) popular frameworks like design thinking, Lean Startup, agile, and the Business Model Canvas.
