Panelists will describe entrepreneurship within unique disciplines, such as:

  • A cross-campus collaboration between the School of Hotel Administration and the College of Human Ecology to provide a multi-disciplinary platform for integrating hospitality, health management/policy
  • Design thinking to enhance service excellence in healthcare, wellness, and related industries
  • Creation of courses to answer MBA students’ requests for literacy in software design and development
